Obviously, this isn't a gravity or jump rig, but that's pretty much where the limitations end. The Mary bikes are intended to be used and ridden anywhere you'd ride an XC bike. The only difference is they are much more fun to ride than 26" wheel bikes. 29ers climb better, descend with stability, and roll over rocks and roots with ease.
Here's what Mountain Bike Action magazine said about the Mary XC in their review that appeared in the September 2007 issue:
"It's amazing that Haro took every design trick known to the 29er bike world and put it all together for just $1500. Fat tires, big wheels, steel frame, great fork, and proper geometry. The Mary XC was designed to be ridden hard and put up wet. It's one of the best stress relievers made".
